1. Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In resellable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate apparel (bras, underwear)
  • Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygiene liner in place)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)

2. How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than a line dance:

3. Shipping Back Your Items

You’ll need to cover the return shipping unless we made a mistake (then we’ll send you a prepaid label faster than a mustang at full gallop). We recommend using a trackable service – we ain’t responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Original payment method

Exchanges will ship once we receive your return. We’ll email you the new tracking number quicker than you can say “yeehaw!”
