Are your products authentic western wear?
You bet your boots they are! Every piece in our collection is crafted with genuine western spirit and attention to detail that would make any cowboy proud. We focus on durable materials, classic western styling, and those special touches (like secret stretch jeans for mounting trucks) that make our gear as functional as it is fashionable.
Where are your products made?
All our western treasures begin their journey in Tucson, Arizona, where we carefully fold and package each order with the same care we put into designing them. We partner with skilled craftspeople who understand that western wear needs to work as hard as you play.

What payment methods do you accept?
We make paying easier than a Sunday morning trail ride! We accept:

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely, partner! We use industry-standard encryption to keep your payment details more protected than a stagecoach gold shipment. We never store your full payment information on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to wrangle your order, you’ll need to act faster than a jackrabbit! Contact us at [email protected] immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been processed (usually within 1-2 business days), we can’t make changes or cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We’ve corralled two great options to get your gear to you:
- Standard Express Ride ($12.95): Faster delivery with DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
- Free Range Shipping: Free EMS shipping for orders over $50 (15-25 days after shipping)
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do, partner! Our posse of 50,000+ wild hearts spans the globe. However, we currently can’t ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia (but we’re working on expanding our trails!). If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, just give us a holler at [email protected].
How can I track my order?
Once your order hits the trail, we’ll send you a tracking number faster than you can say “yeehaw!” You can follow your package’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep. If you’re having trouble deciphering the trail marks, our customer service team rides to the rescue quicker than a white-hat hero.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We believe in frontier fairness! If your gear doesn’t fit like a glove or match your vision, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to initiate a return. No cattle drive required to return items that don’t suit your style – just contact us at [email protected] to start the process.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
All our regular items can be returned within the 15-day window, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached. Special order or customized items may have different rules – we’ll always let you know before you purchase if this applies.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return at our Tucson workshop, we’ll process your refund faster than a mustang at full gallop – usually within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
